During the week of Valentine’s, what a nice reminder to CHOOSE LOVE! And this week was all about LOVE.
This is always a good page to share and talk about (of course our kids would never throw sand…):
The projector had “I love you” playing. The children loved it because so many of them knew the word love!
Each Child left with a heart to remind them of my love for them.
My afternoon classes read another Jane Yolen/Mark Teague Dinosaur book.
We think that maybe a dinosaur escaped from one of the books. We found a very large dinosaur footprint and some L-O-V-E hearts that led us to some treasures that he left for us.
We followed some clues outside and we think we found evidence of the dinosaur. Did he knock this tree branch down with his head?
We also colored a “mail a hug” for someone special and played with some dinosaurs stickers.
