This part of the book always gets their attention, they all want to know why the boy is crying…
This is a great place to stop and ask if any of the children know their addresses. And that an ID tag could be a great idea…
Of course the bear that escaped from the zoo gets their attention too! 🙂
This is what was playing on the projector:
We were lucky enough to have a real police officer visit our school!
My after school classes made police vests and went on”patrol” to look for that bear that was missing from the zoo!
I would say we had a great week in the library for POLICE WEEK! #communityhelpermonth
