October is spooky month. Everywhere we look we see spooky things. Even our hallway is becoming a little creepy. And guess what? The children love it! And they love this story.

Is he seeing them or is it his imagination?

Our vocabulary word:

Who has not looked under the bed, in the closet or in the drawers for some kind of monster or something scary?

Could it be a maker space idea?

Wow!! Look at what he built!

Hahahah. How cute is this book?

We looked at some carrots. Can you tell the difference between the real carrot and the fake?

It would seem my projector was trying to be spooky as well. It would not cooperate. Time for a new one? We think a ghost got into it!? Maybe he is looking for Mr. Ticklebottom?

Our science teacher, Ms. Liz, who travels to the classrooms, happens to love this story too. She decided to have the children do more of a Stem build for this week. How cute is this?

Berto says yes to Creepy Carrots!

Print this and draw some creepy faces or happy faces!
